Seit Ende November 23 wegen Anschluss Ceranfeld mehrmals telefoniert, vertröstet auf Mitte Dezember, dann Telefonat geführt persönlich mit dem Chef, ich solle mir jemand anders suchen, das würde man nicht machen. Wie unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich🧐 neuer Termin bei anderer Firma steht und das kurzfristig. Dort wird wohl die Bewertung besser ausfallen🤷♀️
Since the end of November 2023, I've called several times about connecting my ceramic hob, been told to wait until mid-December, and then had a personal call with the boss, who told me to find someone else, that they wouldn't do it. How unprofessional and customer-unfriendly🧐 Another appointment with another company is scheduled, and at short notice. They'll probably get a better review there🤷♀️
